MTN South Africa has suspended my service, this after I cancelled my contract before it even came into effect. I talked to numerous call centre agents who could not assist with anything except to say the matter has been sent to another department within MTN. Their communication about what was happening with my account was extremely bad, I was not informed of certain things (like my phone being offline for a day or more) before hand. NO one took responsibility except they blamed their system but the system is ran by people.
At the moment my phone's service is still suspended. I am really disappointed with how the matter was dealt with, how I was not informed of certain important matters. They over charge us still give us extremely bad service, this is not on.
