RECONNECTION FEES

Payment was made on account jan 1. Did not reflect went to the the store was told not to worry about it. Called the call centre was told it will take time to reflect it being a public holiday etc. phone was never disconnected. spoke to patrick who said it was not and he confirmed it would not be disconnected. 01 Feb payment was late and incurred reconnection fee which was paid. however i am now told to pay a reconnection fee for january not just one but two. when there was no disconnection at all. and all the staff of autopage assured me not worry about it and the system will sort it out. Now they have a different story. Now it is a problem to do eft payments when they had no issue with it for the last two years. It is the principal of the matter. This company is extremely disorganised and I have been having endless problems with autopage. and all i want to do is just cancel this contract. But they make it impossible to do so. they must pull up the phone conversations that I had with patrick.
