I have two (2) contracts on my ID . #1 - 0828771016 voice calls - which expires on 31 May 2013, #2 - 0823207718 data contract - which expires on 30 June 2013.
i phoned in numerous times to request cancellation of #1 at end Ma 2013 and retain the number on prepaid. and I requested #2 to be cancelled on the 30 June 2013. BUT like always AUTOPAGE never takes proper adequate instructions. They disconnected both my numbers on the 28th of May 2013. They didn't even bother to change 0828771016 to prepaid. Now on their systems my numbers are deactivated... i have phoned so many times and all i hear is that #2 does not exist on the system... and 0828771016 will be changed to prepaid.
but nothing is happening.. can someone please assist me accordingly. Is this the way AUTOPAGE treats its customers??? WHY isnt the systems operated correctly???
