On the 12th June 2013, I visited the above branch, purchased a dual sim and completed documentation given to me by Matome. On the 1st July 2013 the dual sim had still not been activated. I contacted the 808 number to be told that the instruction had not been loaded by the branch. I contacted the branch who agreed to sort it out. On the 2nd I called numerous times and left several messages. On the 3rd I evenually got hold of Matome again and was told that I had filled out the incorrect form (yes, definitely my fault, I was given the form by Matome!!!). The new form was emailed and I scanned and returned it to Matome (confirmed by him that it was received via email) at 1.14pm on Wed 3rd July. On Thurs 4 July Matome was not at work, nobody else could help me. Today is the 5th July, still no service on my dual sim. Once again I call only to have the phone ignored once and then picked up and put down twice. Is it any wonder that clients get irate??? How do you get the service that you should receive??? Anyone with any ideas?
