I opened a cheque account in March 2013. I should receive my bank statements each month via email, but 10 months later and I am yet to receive a bank statement. I have been into the branch on five separate occasions to have this corrected. Each time I am assured that the issue has been resolved but obviously nothing has been done.
I do however receive my charges statement each month, which obviously doesn't help one bit for FICA purposes. But the fact that I receive the charges statements is proof that you have my correct email address and so I should therefore be receiving my statements.

Having to wait 10 months and having to deal with people who are clearly incompetent at their jobs is really frustrating and not acceptable when you consider I pay monthly for these services but am not receiving them. I'm sure you would have a problem if I didn't pay my bank charges for 10 months and I'm sure the person from your collections department would be very competent at their job...

Please contact me and fix the problem. Unless of course you are happy for your customers to be constantly discontent...
