Last week I started looking at buying a new vehicle so I looked around for the best insurance quote. I am an existing MSTI customer. Although the quote from Momentum was not the 'best price' I decided to stick with them due to their continued excellent service that I have received in the past (client for 5 years and had an accident claim as well).
Matome was always very friendly and also professional. Due to unforeseen changes Matome had to call me back more than once during the week, and every time he did so, on time. If he said 11:00, the phone rang not sooner or later, as expected. Matome did really go out of his way to help and assist and to make sure that he keeps in contact.
This was not an isolated case, this was the type of service that I received every time that I had to deal with Momentum STI and it is much appreciated.
I am a bit disappointed that Momentum did not have the best quote among the ones that I looked at since I am an existing customer, but I am willing to pay the small (not more than R100) difference in price if I keep on getting this kind of excellent service from Momentum STI.
