I went to Foschini in Bellville today to make a purchase, I have a DUAL CARD with my father for almost 9 years & was refused to be assisted, the sales lady swiped my card she noted that I have a DUAL CARD & the details on the system is not mine but my fathers, I explained that my Father is the Main Account holder & I'm the DUAL CARD holder she said I cant use the card, I explained that I`m a regular customer @ that store & I always do purchases & pmts with my DUAL CARD & there was never a problem I even showed her my ID, still she refused to help me, she called a very UNHELPFUL BRONWYN who confirmed that I `m not able to shop on the card same reason above. Again I told her I always come to that branch, she told me whoever helped me before ddnt check, I told her this is unacceptable & I requested the Head Office nr she said " PH THEM THEY WILL TELL U THE SAME THING "she did not even contact H/O to confirm if I may be assisted or not, she just refused. I left the store, I contacted Foschini H/O spoke to Simhiwe he advised that there is nothing wrong with the Dual Card & I may purchase with the card & he does`nt understand why I culdnt be helped. I have never been so humiliated!!!
