No 3g signal for two weeks

Hi

I have a 60 60gig sim card that I have been using for 6 months now. I have been getting average speeds of 2mb/s downloads and 1.5mb/s uploads. recently I have been getting timeouts on pings and when I get a speedtest reading it will show well less than 1mb/s download and will give ONLY 0.01mb/s upload. Please fix as I cant even surf the net. let alone Skype or youtube.
