This is the second time I walk into the claremont branch and the people who work their has a bad attitude. I had 2 contracts with vodacom, i cancelled the one and will cancel the other other one when it is due to be cancelled as I do not ever want to deal with Vodacom's instore help assistants again.
I went in last night to do a swim swop, I had my simcard with me, I asked the assistant to help me and he said i must have proof of residence, I advised him that I am on the system and he refused to even check. I asked his 2 to 3 times to just check on the system. I then had to drive all the way back home and returned with proof of residence. Another assistant then helped me, however when i sat down he asked his colleague if I am not his client (which tells me that none of them actually wanted to help me) during the consultation the 3 assistance didn't even take note of me they all had private conversations with me just sitting there. To top it off all my details was on the system so i did not have to go home to fetch the document. When I asked the guy who helped me for the guy's name so he just said Sandy he doesn't know his surname (who doesn't know their colleague's surname).
