My daughters phone was, I went to vodacom to blacklist the phone and asked what else needed to be done. I blacklisted the phone last week friday using another assistant. Helped. Today I went to sim swop, I asked the lady iof I can have an itmised bill for the number, she said I must hone vodacom, I am at vodacom?? I asked her again can ypou assist me, chewing gum she just shakes her head, takes private calls and makes me wait.
