What account when I cancelled my contract???

Eally do not know what to do with and about Vodacom now. I feel harassed and abused by a company that I am not even with any longer.

I received multiple calls from a TumeloTumisho from Vodacom this morning, demanding that I confirm my details with him because I apparently have an account with Vodacom. I informed him that I cancelled this contract within 7 days of receiving the handset and further moved my number to MTN. He insisted that the contract was not cancelled and my "account" will be handed over..."take this as a warning" he said. When the account is handed over and I am blacklisted I should not say I wasn't warned. His attitude is appalling to say the least... he doesn't know what he is doing there... perhaps too excited to be in the collections department... getting too big for his boots, thinking collections are only to hang the dirty laundry of people out for his fans to see how big a shot he is Pathetic! Asked for his name, he hung up.
What is this about? I'm really sick of this now. What will it take for my name to be removed from your books?
The fact that he doesn't see my cancellation on your system, does that mean I didn't cancel this? And who's fault is
