Credit Control Agent Shouting at a client!

Hi,

I called your call centre 0861232434 on the 4th of July between 10:00 and 10:10 and after inserting my MSISDN, i was routed to your credit control dept. I was requesting assistance for a family member who was able to go through the verification process with your agent. The call had gone through to your agent with NO REPONSE .. after a while, she puts on her headset and speaks as if nothing had happened. I was making an enquiry on my family members account and she told me that she will transfer me to the call centre. I did not need to go to the call centre because only credit control can assist me with this account! After requesting for her name and surname, i was shouted at and told that i am not autopages customer. I am hereby requesting that you listen to this call and your agents name is Jackie Lamisil (Not too sure about the surname) because she refused to give it to me! I will not rest until I take your credit control agent to the highest point within Autopage. Please listen to the call and hear my patience and tolerance with your staff member and how she had gone into ATTACK MODE! I look forward to your feedback! Also, please get your retentions dept to call me!
