Thank you to the person I spoke to regarding an issue on a cancelled credit application. As a person who uses credit very seldom, to be informed by a company that your application has been cancelled due to 'risk referral' is very worrying and scary. The call centre agent who assisted me was calm, professional and empathetic, explaining exactly what the problem was and how I could fix it. I ended the call feeling calmer, happier and more in control of the situation.
