I HAD BOTH MY CONTRACTS UPGRADED AND THE SALES TEAM HAVE NOT BEEN HONEST TO ME FROM THE START. I WAS NOT ADVISED ABOUT THE DATA BILLING AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO QUERY I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CREDIT ME WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. I THEN CALLED TO QUERY ON WHAT HAD HAPPENED BUT INSTEAD I GOT HOLD OF A CALL CENTRE AGENT THAT SAID I SHOULD OF "READ THE MANUAL" BEFORE REQUESTING THE PHONE WITH VERY BAD ATTITUDE. I THEN ASKED IF I COULD CANCELL THE UPRADE BUT SHE SAID I NEED TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE RUDELY AGAIN. I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER IMTIAZ AND WHILST WAITING SHE DROPPED THE CALL ON ME. WHO GIVES A CALL CENTRE AGENT THE RIGHT TO SPEAK DOWN TO ME? WHO GIVES AUTOPAGE THE RIGHT TO ROB ME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY? AND LASTLY WHO IS GOING TO TAKE THE BUCK FOR THIS MADNESS.
