NO Network or internet service at home!

I have complained about this before. I have NO cellphone network coverage or internet service when I am at home in Stamford street, Parklands, Cape Town. My neighbours have the same problem.
What is the point of paying for a contract when no one can get hold of you and you can't make calls!!!

I have completed you Network service issue form and sent it in but still nothing gets done. I pay for service and I WANT it!
