On the 27/02/2013 I bought a battery for R299.99 for my 9800 blackberry phone, when I tried to charge the phone the battery wasn't charging, I tried with a number of chargers and still it didn't work. I took the battery back and they told me they don;t refund but do exchanges so I should come back the following week, I did as they said and still I could't get a replacement, I did this for all the three weeks till today.
They are now saying the battery has a memory that needs to be installed so I should install it and that's only when the battery will work. I since bought a new battery for the same price from a lesser recognisable shop and it works because it's original. Vadashop doesn't want to refund me and their battery is not working.
