INFORMATION OF OUT OF BUNDLE RATE

MTN staff member did not inform me of how much the out of bundle rate is witch is 2 rand a megabyte.
I did go on their website to check the price and I thought that they would bill me plus minus the amounts they had there according to the bundles. When the accounts lady called me on June 19th she told me that my account was more than 8000 rands, I stated my case that i would not be able to pay that whole sum in one month, then she told me to call 808 and tell them to divide that sum over a span of 3 months. she also told me that i could not go the the mtn store to settle my debt there or speak to them in Pearson. I then called them, but the service consultant told me the debit order has already been sent in, and that I would have to call them the next week on on Wednesday, the 3rd of July, after the week end on Monday my bank reversed the debit order, I then called them on the afternoon of the 4th of July and they told me i can only go to the mtn store and pay off my debt and ask them to suspend my debit order to the next month.
