I renewed my contract just before father's day, and was promised delivery which never arrived on the date discussed. My phone arrived three days later after i took the liberty to call the courier company myself. On Saturday they terminated the number and its been five days now. Even the supervisors failed to help me. MTN really. I CALLED MANY TIMES AND NO HELP WAS GIVEN. THEY SHOULD FIRE THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PLEASE WHO RECYCLE RESPONSES AND TREAT PEOPLE LIKE .
