I took my Blackberry 9300 on the 24th of June to MTN Sanlamhof to have it repaired as the trackball is faulty. I was informed that i will get my phone back by the LATEST 1 July. Today is the 3rd of July. Since monday i am waiting for a VALID explanation as to why i have not received my phone yet. I get lame excuses and empty promises. I send him emails on Monday (1/7) and yesterday (2/7), he reads it and don't even reply. This morning i threatened him with the Consumer Protection act, asking again for a valid explanation, again - we will inform you once your phone is here, that is not the answer i am looking for. WHEN, WHY, ECT. Cheslin also emailed a Wafeeq on Monday 15h00 asking for the progress on my phone - STILL NO ANSWER from Wafeeq. If i compare Sanlamhof's service to MTN in Tygervalley, then Tygervalley is SUPER AWESOME. The service i am receiving from MTN Sanlamhof is going to make me leave MTN after 11 years and go over to Vodacom. Looks like i will have to contact the Consumer Protector too.
