Incompetant management, set up proceedure

I wanted a internet connection, after viewing the options available, I selected Cell C. Bad Bad Bad choice.
The person who captured my data, Did things so that Cell C could bill me, but could not provide me with the connection I had paid for. I checked to see if the sim card was RICA, it was. When I phoned CELL C they could tell me who I was, what my complaint was, who I had spoken to in the last three days. But they could not connect me to the internet. It took me three days, and two trips to the store to get what I paid for. Thats time out my work life that I had to waste because of incompetent service. Now that I have my connection, I am seriously considering joining a pigeon club, Its faster and way more technically competent.
