On Monday 01 July 2013, round about 11h00, I found that my line speed, was very slow, so i start phonening, telkom on the 10210 number, you go through a couple of options, then if you lucky, you get someone that answers the phone. Then they ask you a lot of questions about your id, adress, name ect., thats fine. I explain to the person, helping me about my speed is slow, I upgrade from a 2meg Line to a 4Meg/ 10 Meg Line, the person told me but my line is still 2 meg, they reset my port, they tried a lot of things, nothing come okay on my line. Since monday till yesterday up to 14h10, i phoned 76 times, and speak to different persons try to help me, so far my line is sorted, but i think it won't be for long, then it will be slow again, if you have a problem like me, and if you have time, keep on phonening again, and again, maybe after 76 phone calls you will get service, this is very bad from Telkom, think twice.
