This is my second complaint regarding this matter.
I have phones them 3 times
I see there are many people with the same problem.
Alan Knott Craig Sr. can phone me and I will personally tell him what PATHETIC service cellc supplies.
I have had my modem replaced with no luck, the package I am on is 5 15 Gig for R189
Where to start -
- it took me 2 hours to connect to the internet in Centurion to write this complaint as the internet is only on for 1 or 2 min at a time.
- At peak times I have 0 internet - cellc oversold the product
- my 3G was down for a month in February I did phone and email them that they must carry over my cap - no one could help me.
- I have received 2 ref numbers for people to come out to my house to check, no one has come.
I AM SICK and tired for this. I cannot work, my wife cannot work. I have to buy prepaid Vodacom airtime to use most of the time. There is defiantly a reason why Vodacom is more expensive than cellc it because they WORK!
Phone me so that I can cancel this rubbish! The MSISDN in my acc number is the cellc 3g number.
