Incorrect contract

In June I took out a data contract for R189.00 per month with cell c. i was told that i wld receive 20gb of data each month:5gb peak and 15gb off peak. Thereafer i wld be billed at 15c per mb. I was thrilled as this was definitely the cheapest and best deal available in South Africa. I agreed to the contract and it was activated on 06.06. Can you imagine my HORROR when, on 20 July my bank account was debited with R5983.00!! I called cell c on 20 July and I was promised that this mess would be sorted out. On 29 July I received a call from cell c and again I was promised the problem would be rectified. On 31.07 I called and spoke to Simpiwe and again another empty promise to sort out this problem was made. Ref no:3073102283. On 02 August I called again and I was told the matter would be escalated. Tumiso a supervisor would return my call. He never did. Cell c is inefficient and I am highly insulted that this company thinks its customers are and that we have nothing better to do than call them. I wish that someone at Cell C would for once do their job and stop lying to us through empty promises. Cell c do us all a favour and close shop. i CURSE THE DAY I EVER HEARD OF CELL C.
