I am wanting to move my 2 contracts from Vodacom to MTN
I was told at Niccole Way that if it was a business contract I would have to go to 4 ways. Apparently not so the sales lady was just too lazy to do the paper work.
Went to 4 ways with all the paper work I was told to bring, CK doc, 3 months bank statements, Company letter head and ID.
After that was asked to send a letter from the company and a scan of my ID book.
Then told that the scan of ID was not good enough.
I said that I would bring the original letter from company and original Id when contracts were approved.
After not hearing anything for a week I collected my documents from the branch. Sales staff did nothing to try and keep me as a new client
With the service I got it appears that MTN don't need any new customers
