Axxess is a fun bunch (online videos) and have always given me great service, even answered my questions about trying to understand how it all works.
Do take note though, Axxess does deal with TELKOM on my behalf and I cannot give the same compliment to TELKOM. The most inefficient methods of working and organization and they (TELKOM) doesn't (from my experience) provide proper feedback or methods of operation back to Axxess which results in extended periods of time before an issue is resolved when TELKOM is at fault.
Thanks Axxess. Now we just need to work on naked ADSL rental in South Africa. Any ideas how we can convince TELKOM to drop the Phone Line Rental prerequisite for ADSL only service?
