Utter Incompetence

I have a up to 10mb adsl line subscription with axxess
my line started syncronizing at 2mb and below during december 2013
I have logged some tickets in hopes to get this sorted, telkom came out and checked everything on their side and reported that there were no defects with our ADSL Line

I received a few responses from Shanee Moodaly which seemed like she was trying to duck and dive the solution. and could not understand physical proof that my line had speeds 4mb and up

I want my adsl line to sync at 4mb as it did sync since I upgraded to 4/10mb
first i was told that I the client will have to submit a request to downgrade to 2mb and a refund will be processed . then the downgrade was processed after I have made it abundantly clear that I do not want to downgrade because i have had 4mb service for a long time

The downgrade was processed without me requesting it

So now I am sitting with a 2mb adsl line (when I had 4mb for a long time)
I have a 4mb Gold account that i have to pay for but I am receiving a 2mb service from axxess

Axxess has delivered the EXACT opposite of what I have requested

This is utter Incompetence
