I opened an account with Axxess many years ago for the company I was working for. I also added my personal home number to this account. I have since left the company and in the interim the owner changed the contact details to his. I am now moving address and cannot have my line transferred until this account is cancelled. Axxess are insisting that this must be cancelled by the "owner" whom I cannot get hold of. How am I supposed to transfer MY line without being able to contact this person. Are they suggesting that if this person is unreachable, leaves the country or disappears that I will NEVER be able to move my line?
