Parcel incorrectly routed

Had a parcel sent to Strand Road Bellville, but somehow ended up being routed to Strand Street Cape Town;
Tracked the parcel from Pretoria to CapeMail to Cape Town PO and back to Pretoria. Again to Cape Town PO.
Tried phoning, emails to no avail
Mr Marius Siebrits at Sanlamhof PO went out of his way to reroute the parcel.
Kept me informed by SMS and SMS'd me to say it had arrived at Sanlamhof PO
