My wife and I had to take time off from work to go into a Telkom Direct store to upgrade our ADSL line to a faster speed. A lady named Carly refused to help us without an I.D document. We made an arrangement with her to email her the I.D and she promised to do the upgrade when she receives it. The I.D was sent immediately together with 3 follow up emails and Carly didn't responded to one. It is clear that this lady is not there to help or assist customers. It's because of people like her working for Telkom that gives the company a very bad name. Also tried phoning Telkom Centurion but was greeted with a voice prompt that nobody was available. Utterly disgusted with the lack of service I have received from Telkom Centurion and in particular Carly.
