I had applied for a cell c contract at the begining of May for an S4. Since they had no stock of the phone, I was placed on a waiting list. During the course of 2 months I had called and went to the store and receiving the same comment that I was on the waiting list and there was no stock.

Yesterday I had called them 3 times only to be told that someone will call me back. The last time being told by the Admin manager that she will call me back. Without receiving any calls, today, I called back and now was told that they have stock but cannot find my application. This means that I have to go in store again and complete an application. And what makes it worse is that my bank statements, copy of my I.D, salary slip and proof of address are all missing and could be in anyones hands. This is very imcompetent and frustrating as a client.
