My Telkom email address was terminated after I requested feedback from Telkom - email

1. Thank you for updating my address.

Please provide answers as requested on my first email.

2. The bank reference number as appearing on the statement is the account number without the hyphen 0187024206. When entering this information in internet banking the reference number is invalid. For future reference, what is the correct reference number to use? The statement clearly stated to leave out the hyphen when doing EFT payments.

3. The call centre staff couldn't find the account if I quoted the number 01870242-06 to them. They sent me from pillar to post. I spent almost three hours on the phone without a solution. Even when I went to the Telkom branch in Riverside Mall Nelspruit they could not find the account number. Fortunately I went to ABSA just to do the payment there and not battle further with the problem to pay via the Internet banking. Why could they not find my account?
5. There is definitely a BIG problem at Telkom regarding customer service. Why did they suspend me? An email to say that I owe money was never sent to me, nor did they had the correct address on the accoun
