Each time I load Data bundles (2G) I they seem to be finished within a very short time. I spend lots of money buying Data bundles for me to be able connect and do my work. One of the days I bought 2G and I spent the about 6hour on the net doing my work. And the following day I did not even have any Data bundles left. My anger comes from the fact that I never download moves or plays network games or do utube striming which might take my Data bundles., the day when I needed the network connection most VODACOM let me down. I have always been buying 2G every month but it seems like in these days 2G only last me ONE day. SOME THINK IS WRONG. My numbers in QUESTION are (0792727476 and 0727011138). I'm so angry with the SLA, when i call the call center I get answers like "network connection, just switch your phone off and wait 5min." If I was a MINSTER of TELE-COMMUNICTION, I was going to impose fines for each clients complaint on the company. If I don't pay for the service I'm cutoff but I pay for the service I get such power SLA, PLEASE NOTE I'm so unhappy I think one must bring every user to light and then propose my solution to the consumer board and state ministries.
