Took out a contract with this pathetic Network in December. Half the time there is no connection have to turn my phone off six times a day to get network. Have logged 3 complaints in over 3 days ago. No feedback or resolution of my complaint. Ask to speak to a supervisor and they put you on hold and hang up on you. Try the technical line and no one answers. If the signal gets lost they do not phone you back like Vodacom. There is no customer service on this network. They are a joke. But happy enough to take my 2K a month cause offering a service is not important to this clown network. Do not use this network, will be taking legal action now for breach of contract.
