Im a new MWEB client who took one of your bundled packages. Internet is working. part of the package include webhosting. I need some help with the process. but im just not getting any help. It does not matter how many times I phone, i got through once, spoke to a lady but the end result was unfruitfull. the rest of the time im holding on forever.
I have ask numerous time for callback on your support email address, complain email address aswell as twitter @mwebguy @mwebconnect
but still no reply... I hope this will work to get some services.
I also need your bank details to make eft. I assume you WILL phone then.
