MTN took my last premium amount meant to settle my account and failed to capture in on their record.
Their Fault, Their thieving employees, Their lack of integrity!

Gave my details to a debt collecting company which then took money from my account without authorization.

I am taking this to my attorneys as fortunately I have the legal cover to do so and although it's a small enough amount - it's about the business principal.

Sure enough it may have been naiive of me to trust these MTN reps as they promised to capture the payment the following day due to cashing up (Before the store actually was meant to close) but it's the principal that matters. MTN has left their stench of poor customer care lingering and I will be certain to mention this poor service experience to friends, family and business associates alike.
