I called Vodacom on 2 occasions and asked the same question twice, I was given 2 different answers. No consultant and/or manager was apologetic or looked for a solution and I found the attitude of the team leaders and consultants that I dealt with disappointing and lacking in common understanding of how to deal with customers. No one even bothered to answer my questions at the end!!! Does Vodacom find this kind of customer service acceptable?
