Vodacom Data Bundles a Big

I purchased the pay upfront R1500 2gig for 12months deal. Which, considering other options in SA, is good for mobile data. But poor and a complete ripoff compared to any other country. Iv put up with vodacom snatching money from me. But I feel I must report this incident. It looks like vodacom has taken R1500 from me. I atleast got 2gig of data for the 1st month. 45 days later, I couldn't understand why I had not received my 2nd months 2gig, necitating the need to buy ridiculously expensive prepaid data bundles. I have spent another R500 this month now as well. I called customer care, whose system is ALWAYS down. So first they give you some bull answer, and show me they can count to 30. Then when they realized I wasn't some, they tell me they will call me back when the system is up. Which they never do. So I called later and miraculously it was. They find no trace of my bundle. How is this possible for a supposed professional company. I bought R1500 of airtime and then purchased the bundle. And got an sms saying so. I will wait for them to respond, and see what they do with my 'case which has a reference number'. But I am switching. I'm not giving vodacom any more money.
