Remove my BIS on contract

3 days ago i wanted to check my bbm and Facebook states, but noting, removed my battery and all the thing they tell you to do if this is not working. This morning i got hold of Vodacom only to find out that they have cut my BIS without me knowing or without letting me know. How can they do that, that is a breach of contract, and now they want to charge me with R59 a month to put it back on again, i have been a customer by them for almost 10 years and this is how they treat their customers, come end of July i will cancel my contract by them. Great going Vodacom.
