I have always been a loyal Vodacom customer but after recent events as soon as my contract period comes to an end I am switching networks.
I reported on Saturday afternoon that my phone had been and needed it to be blocked (after not receiving a reference number to which I could use for the police report) I had to contact them again - at this point I was told that the phone was not blocked this was two days after I called and made my request.
In addition I went into a Vodashop to get a SIM swop and was turned away because they did NOT have any sim cards - I was sent to another Vodashop store where the queue was insane because the systems were slow!!!
