The salesman that helped me did a really good job,
the complaint i have is to MTN themselves for the unneeded response time for confirming a new contract,
to put things into prospective, i opended up an 8ta data contract, went to mtn to open up a cellphone contract, went back to 8ta collected my new Sim card, and here more than 24 hours later i am still waiting for my approval from mtn,
i was explained that there is a 24 hour approval period, this i can accept, its really bad for there business but i can understand mtn being to lazy to upgrade there system,
but they cant even complete the order in the time they have given themselfs,
again i would like to state that i am not unhappy with there service that the sale'sman gave me, what i am unhappy about is the person on the other side and the system they have in place
