2 emails to custserv even promises of call but nothing
Upgrade of contract -
Hi,
I am not impressed with the explanations given during the upgrade of my contract.
1. I was informed during the sale that the new contract will kick in immediately and all time, sms and data would be pro-rata for the current month.
2. Now I discover that the extra 900mb data is excluded and will only start at the beginning of the new contract, this was never explained.
3. I was never informed by the salesman that I could have retained the existing controlchat until the end of contract and then changed, which I would have done, if I had known.
4. I have thus lost out on all accounts
How is this going to be rectified???
