Bad service and No delivery

I placed an order with Altech autopage on the 23 May 2013, with a sales consultant, Linda Moosa. Her attitude was terrible as she did not want to assist me. Her reasoning for not wanting to assist me was that their logistics department was busy with relocation, therefore she did not know when i would receive what i have ordered, which was an HP655 Laptop with vodacom modem. She said at most it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I filled the forms and e-mailed it to her, she confirmed she had received everything. On the 29 June 2013 I asked if she has any feedback for me, her answer was "it may still take 2-3 weeks, they do not have a clear indication". It is now the 02 July 2013, i have not received any feedback from Linda or anyone else from Altech autopage. Nor have i received any goods. The fact is that this was quite urgent. If this is the service that is given to a potential client, i'm not sure i want to be a client of Altech Autopage. I have sent another e-mail today to Linda but no feedback still. I do have all e-mails sent to Linda as proof.
