No one can help besides one guy!

I would like to try add another contract to my existing line so i enquired about it on the 13th May 2013 and got pre-approval and said to the agent (Dino) that i would speak to my wife first and get back to him. on the 20th May 2013 i tried contacting Dino to go ahead with the contract but the agent that took my call didn't know who he was but tried to help, but couldnt as Dino had the application on his system and when they tried to put me through to him the called dropped, apparently i cant go through anyone else except him and have now tried for 6 hours trying to get hold of Dino to go ahead with my contract application... i can't apply anywhere else as i might not get approval as the new contract is awaiting my confirmation (which im trying to give them!!) for the same phone... FED UP!
