Just phoned Vodacome Customer Care & highly disgusted with the service. I'm am only receiving some phone calls, others I get a sms stating I have a missed call when my phone is right next to me and I have full signal.
When I eventually get through I have to first wait for them to finish their private chit chat with their buddy next to them then they tell me I must take out my battery and reboot. I told them I have done that a number of times including rebooting the network but it still does not help. I told her as well that I'm not the only one experiencing the problem. She then tells me she can't help me I must phone back later cause they off line. When am I actually going to get helped and the problem sorted out. I'm losing clients, work and money!!
