Refusing to phone me after 16:30

I am well aware that I have missed my payment for March, you can just deduct the payment for March and April together, however, my problem isn't with this. Bronwyn from collections have phoned me several times, she phones me on my cellphone, then on my office line, I have told her I am unable to take private calls on my landline, and asked her to phone me anytime from 16:30, which she has not done! Today she phones again, ask her pls phone me after 16:00 on my cellphone, she has got a terrible attitude! She tells me I did phone on your cell, I said to her the same thing as before, she tells me I have to speak to her now she can't phone me after 16:00. Honestly, is this how you treat clients? She's very rude, I doubt her representation on FNB is one you want to portray, up until today I've not missed any payments, and I have no problem you making the double deduction in April, but tell her to back off and stop phoning me on my workphone!
