Saterday (2013-09-28) evening I reported a complaint at 082 111 that the signal where I stay is dreadfully bad. I was promised that someone would look at it and today is Tuesday 2013-10-01 and no feedback has been provided as yet.
I tried dialling 082 111 again, and it doesn't even ring!
If and when I do actually get a vodacom signal at home, it reflects ONE BAR (and varies between 3G, EDGE and if I'm lucky HSDPA) as status. Ordinary cellphone receiption is horrific as I need to stand outside my house to actually have an uninterrupted conversation.
Vodacom can you PLEASE assist in rectify this problem.
