I have complained about this so many times already!!!
I have a iPad 3 that has a SIM card in that has an uncapped Internet package in from MTN.
It is the first of the month and my internet speeds, according to [URL Removed] is 0.18MBPS. This is not acceptable. I only get limited on speed if my cap reaches 3GB!! And according to their website I am in the coverage area!!
And please don't tell me that you are very sorry and will look into the issue, i have had that response numerous times already and nothing is done about this!!!
If this continuous I will cancel the contract!!!
I am sick of MTN's service and extremely poor internet speed.
