Network speed to a grinding halt

I've signed up for the Internet 5 10gb promo last November and it worked really well on my mobile wifi huawei e5331 modem. After 2-3 months the speed started slowing down so badly and none of my devices were even able to do google searches at times.i then bought a huawei b683 thinking this would solve the problem. The speeds after 7pm are pathetic. I am able to use the Internet with a reasonable amount of speed during the day. At night and weekends are basically completely unusable.ive previously had 8ta technicians come to my place on 2-3 occasions to test network speed, they claim there are too many people on the service. Why should I be tied to pay for a service that I'm unable to use? I've tried buying a new modem, tested from different laptops, ipad and phones, result is pathetically slow Internet which was unresolved before! Jack up your service speed 8ta, else I'll be forced to find protection within the consumer protection act.
