Re account query 153cwk190613 - I logged a call on 19 June with Telkom that our landline was not working. Since that initial complaint we have phoned regularly for updates only be told that a "technician has been assigned" to the problem. We have not seen or heard from any of these technicians and every time you phone Telkom they promise they will give feedback within 24 to 48 hours. It's been 12 DAYS now and NOTHING! The funnisest thing of all is that we have to pay for every call we make to 10210 because it's only free from a landline! How are we supposed to phone from our landline if it's broken?
