Money Dissapearing from Acc and nobody can explain

After numerous (Fax's, tel calls) request's asking for statements, to see where does my money go to. I am linked to BIS and pay the fee, and are only using BBM & What's up and maybe 2-3 calls a month. There is no Subscriptions. Spoke to Tembisa a few times and a Freddy Imthiaz.. Ref no's 264800, A1306213018, 261181, 267622. Every one has other Excuses, nobody can assist. If they take R75.00 pm from me, how much do they take from other clients, that dont notice
